Payment Instrument: Includes credit card, debit card, bank account, prepaid payment instrument, Unified Payment Interface (UPI), Immediate Payment Service (IMPS), or any other methods of payments.
Platform: Refers to the website or platform where the Merchant offers its products or services.
Transaction: Refers to the order or request placed by the User with the Merchant.
Transaction Amount: Means the amount paid by the User.
User/Users: Means any person availing the products and/or services offered on the Platform.
Website: Means www.instamojo.com or the mobile application.

Merchant’s Rights

You agree that we may collect, store, and share the information provided by you in order to deliver the products and/or services availed by you on our Platform.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide us with true, complete, and up-to-date information about yourself as may be required for completing the Transactions.

Prohibited Actions

Systematically retrieve data or other content without written permission.
Make unauthorized use of the Platform.
Circumvent or interfere with security-related features.
Trick, defraud, or mislead users.
Use automated systems like bots or scripts.
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform.
Attempt to impersonate another user.
Use the Platform for illegal activities.
Upload viruses or malicious code.
Harass or threaten employees or users.

Limitation of Liability

The User agrees that the only recourse available in the event of receiving a defective product or deficiency in service is to initiate the refund process subject to applicable refund terms.

The User shall indemnify and hold harmless the Merchant and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of any breach of these Terms.

Guidelines for Reviews

You should have firsthand experience with the reviewed entity.
Reviews should not contain abusive or hateful language.
Reviews should not contain discriminatory references.
False or misleading statements are prohibited.
Campaigns encouraging fake reviews are prohibited.

Governing Laws & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

If you have any complaint regarding products, services, refunds, unauthorized transactions, or payment issues, you may contact us through the provided support channels.

Disclaimer

Upon initiating a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding contract with us to purchase products and/or services listed on the Platform.

All payments are undertaken at your own risk and volition. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to transaction failures or unauthorized use of Payment Instruments.
