Donation Refund Policy

AZK Humanity Foundation values every contribution made toward our humanitarian mission.

1. General Policy

Donations are generally considered voluntary and non-refundable.

2. Duplicate Transactions

If a donation was made more than once unintentionally, please contact us within 7 days.

After verification, the duplicate donation may be refunded.

3. Incorrect Donation Amount

If an incorrect amount was donated due to an error, please notify us within 7 days.

We will review the request and may issue a refund where appropriate.

4. Fraudulent Transactions

If you believe your payment was made fraudulently, please contact us immediately.

We will work with the payment processor to investigate the matter.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

• Donation Date

• Donation Amount

• Transaction ID

• Reason for the request
